March 28, 2023 <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; San Jos\u00e9, Costa Rica, will host the next \u201cPolicy Lab: Youth and Participatory Democracy\u201d, an hybrid format event framed in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.state.gov\/summit-for-democracy-2023\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">II Summit for Democracy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on Wednesday, March 29 at 12:30 p.m., located at the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tse.go.cr\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, organized by the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/yabt.net\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Young Americas Business Trust (YABT)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.oas.org\/en\/default.asp\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organization of American States (OAS)<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, in collaboration with the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.rree.go.cr\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y Culto<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/mcj.go.cr\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ministerio de Cultura y Juventud<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Lab has the main goal of presenting how youth is imagining new ways of political engagement. The ones related to the potential benefits and challenges of digital action in the fight against the closure of civic spaces and the increase of disinformation.
